I have always had great service
The staff are amazing, and it's always clean and inviting. So friendly to us and our puppy. When he was just shy of his last shots he got parvo and they helped us to nurse him back to full health. So thankful for everyone who works there 😀
Everyone was really nice and professional . The doctor was very gentle with our puppy. She didn't even feel her shot. The staff was very informative about what to expect and what we needed to do going forward.
We always know our babies are in great hands here with the knowledgeable medical staff that cares more about their well-being than any profits. 😊
I came in today and got great service from Michelle and Doctor Heaton. They were both kind and caring and the woman at the front desk where you pay was awesome too, helping me with my wallet and the papers I needed to sign since my hands were filled with my sick puppy. All in all, an amazing experience everytime I come in which is always great, but especially when dealing with the possibility of the loss of a pet.

We have been coming here for over 25 years. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Today, we were assisted by Michelle. She is also very professional and takes good care of my babies!!
