I recently had to do the hardest thing I've ever had to do but Dr. Heaten and Michelle were very helpful, caring compassionate and explained everything to a point I knew I was making the right decision but of course that didnt change had hard it was. they gave me as much time as I needed. I wasnt rushed even though I was holding up a room for nearly an hour and I knew other clients were waiting. All in all every staff members were compassionate. The pharmacist. The billing..
