I took our dog there in an emergency illness situation. When the decision to put her down down had been made they were more worried about the extra 40 to be paid. Made arrangements for private cremation and THEY MESSED UP. So on top of being heartless I will never have my babies ashes!
Staff was very disrespectful had a very poor attitude. Went for a check up and they Gave my dog shots without my consent and wouldn’t talk to me about it just charged me for it.
Dr. Newton was absolutely amazing. He made sure we understood what was wrong with our dog and helped us make the best decision for her. He was very respectful and compassionate.
I had to put my sweet baby down on January 5th. The staff was so patient and understanding and compassionate. Today I received a condolence card from the clinic that included a paw print from my sweet boy. It meant so much and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness during such a difficult time.
Very caring staff. Vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My dog needed surgery and the staff explained everything and got my informed consent before each step. Always take my dogs to this location.
