Friendly clean and professional everyone was so nice!
Last week My German Shepard pup of six months, Had surgery. The staff were so patient and awesome with our dog. So warm hearted of a staff, loving and caring. Highly satisfied with their performance especially the young lady Ashley, such an awesome worker she kept my dog at ease. Thank you � all Northeast Veterinary Clinic. I've been loyal to this vet for many years (10+) primarily because of Dr Chavarria (who left) and Dr Giles. I made an appt for my elderly dog to see him today. When I arrived, I was told Dr Giles wasn't in and the only two doctors available were people I've never heard of. I was then told I would have to wait three hours to be seen even though I had an appt. The people at the desk seemed aloof and disconnected. Don't take your sick pets here! I had taken my baby in on a Friday they ran so many test on her including a fecal sample, they gave her Meds and sent us home, she was still not better on a Monday, they suggested I hospitalize her for the day so I did, when I went to pick her up Monday evening I had asked about her fecal results and a tech went to check in the computer about the results and i over herd them talking saying how it was never sent out!
