This is the only clinic I trust with my 8 pups. Great service and friendly staff, not to mention low prices and short wait times!
My sister and I took in a kitten that she found in the middle of the street that needed medical attention asap. They turned us away at 630 because they were under staffed. The clinic didn't close until 8, but refused to see us. They advised we take it to emergency room because it would probably die. Wow I thought they were animal advocates. Never again will I take any of my pets there. They are heartless people.
This place is MONEY HUNGRY. They do not care for your pets. Horrible experience since new management; this place has gone down hill. If you love your pet, go elsewhere! Specially for serious issues; they will kill your pet!
The doctor is very caring and knowledgeable. They take walk ins, but expect a long wait. Appointments are a good idea when possible. Don't expect to sit cofortably.
I've been coming to this vet for about two years and I have always been treated great...but the last few times have been a little below average...right now I've been waiting to be seen over two hours and I haven't even got a check back to see what is the hold up...I'm disappointed and I hope that they address these issues so everyone can be seen in a timely manner..I understand that places get busy but after 2 hours and no one updates you, that is poor service
We want to thank all the NEVC staff for been really attentive with their patients in time of arrival and departure. Also very happy for the service my pit bull Zeus received and attention during his surgery.. Thank you
I've been a long time pet owner and seen a lot of different veterinarians and these guys are my favorite, hands down. I've never been made to feel guilty about my pet being ill (some vets will do that!) and they are up front with their pricing, which is very reasonable. They also allow you to make informed decisions about your pet's care, which I appreciate. The hours are unbeatable and the staff is very friendly. Do expect a wait if you're a walk-in, especially on Sundays (discount vaccines).
From our Prairie Dogs (Dr. Suau) to our dogs and cats (Dr. Giles), all of our pets' medical needs are covered here. Toothless absolutely loves Dr. Giles, the vet techs and the office staff and that makes me even more confident that this is the right place to be. Prices are fair compared to other locations. The hours cannot be beat (8a - 8p, 7 days a week)! I will remain with NEVC for as long as they are open and/or I live in El Paso.
