My babies have been coming here forever and always taken care of by the wonderful doctor's and staff.
This place is horrible! My dog has been fighting an ear infection for four months. It got so bad untreated with the different doctors that it became and most horrible skin infection. They scraped my dogs ears and head and he came home bloody with no cone and no antibiotics. I asked for a doctor to call me back. 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. So sad.. Not happy with the clinic. I took my dog in for euthanize after a bad outcome of three surgeries... Staff miscomnicated with each other.. And as a result my dogs ashes were never returned!!!! Now because of their negligence our Ginger won't ever be home AGAIN!!!!!! :,(
I brought my 2 year old dog here. He was attacked by another dog. It was around 6pm. The vet told us to bring him to the emergency clinic on Airway because they won't do anything for him because they were closing soon. Then the Vet Tech recommended that we put him down. These people are suppose to help the animals and they didn't even want to pretend to help mine. Plus he was having problems breathing and they gave him MORPHINE!! You NEVER give anyone or anything morphine when they are in respiratory distress!!!! My little b... read more
