I called this REHAB FACILITY — a place that should embody CARE and PROFESSIONALISM — and was met with the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist named NADY. After I POLITELY asked to speak with the manager, she DELIBERATELY put me on hold and LEFT ME THERE for over 30 MINUTES, then HUNG UP without a single word.
