It would be nice if the nurses can have some sensitivity training. The nurs that attended to my father was very cool and indifferent towards me. I felt like I couldn't approach her to ask questions. it was like I was disturbing her. the situation is very scary for my family so I was trying to find out everything so I can past the information to my family. i believe that she was actually trying to get rid of me like I was in her way. after waiting over 4 hrs with cardiac symptoms that had been diagnosed at an urgent care center and they sent me to ER I Left. If it had been a heart attack I would be dead. very poorly operated ER.

RecommendedMy husband had knee replacement surgery. We had such excellent care. Surgery went well with very professional care. Dr. Mason was Fantastic. Our nurse Rachel was so attentive on the orthopedic floor! Thank you all. Physical therapy was great also.
RecommendedI recommend Medical Center Enterprise to anyone. I had a CT scan in the imaging department and they were all so nice and kind especially Tonya. She told me what she was doing and what I would be feeling every step of the way. She was so caring and made sure I knew everything they were doing. Tonya made the whole experience worth while. Great employee!!!!!
They sue poor people for not being able to pay their bills, and they’re privately owned so they can turn anyone away. They also do the absolute bare minimum they can to help, even their own staff thinks it’s atrocious.

RecommendedMichelle and staff are exceptionally professional and knowledgable about services inquired about. Love my small enhancements. IPL with laser resurfacing removed many of my dark spots and raised, sun damaged lesions on my face and chest. Very impressed with this service and would highly recommend.
RecommendedPHYSICAL THERAPY I have been going to physical therapy at NRH for the past 2 months following hip replacement surgery. Vicki, Cindy, Mat, & Donna went above & beyond to get me back to walking on my own & just get me back to my normal daily life. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!
