We have a now two month old that was born 6.5 weeks early. We have absolutely loved Northeast and everything they have done to keep our questions answered, minds at ease and baby healthy! So glad we chose them to be our pediatricians!
Very rude staff and doctors won't get on the phone to explain their errors. We were just fired by the office manager after we questioned why they told us lab results were normal that clearly were elevated.
We love Northeast Peds and Dr. LaGrou is the best!! So personable, so professional, and my kids feel so comfortable with her! We have seen every doctor and nurse practitioner there though and they are all great!
Drs are 5 star but the attitudes of the billing office are sub standard and we'll offensive...
