I so appreciate getting yet another bill to pay for rain water run off. As if our regular sewer bill isn't high enough the county has figured another way to screw over its tax paying citizens.
My bill at my shop went from $30 for 3 months to $305! I am sure you will suggest I should consider some ways to reduce my bill....
Waited for more than 20 minutes for a service rep to answer and then was put on hold again.
A 50 percent increase. Really. And this is on top of the new storm water fee. Where is all of this money going. If you are facing budget issues, than do what the private sector does and cut pay and employees.
Worst over the phone bill pay EVER!! It takes 10 minutes and it doesn't even remember your information and to get from water to sewer should be easy...... but it's not.
They have NO AccountAbility. They answer to no one. Can waste money like nobody.

Clerical/Billing/customer service not doing job. 1 year and still can't get billing address right. No notices about shutting off water! I rate NO stars, don't deserve a star at all! You had two addresses you could have sent bills to and shut off notices and did not do so! Very monopolized
$500 for a portrait of the COO ? Spent $22,000 on sunglasses and tote bags? 4 million for radio and tv ads, sponsorship of dinners and social functions? $10,000 for fireworks? And sewer bills doubled in the last fee years? $2500 for a mascot costume? And the reason is to inform citizens what you are doing?
