My most recent bill with them recently shot up nearly 1000%. When I called to see why, I was offered no explanation, and basically told that it was my fault. They said there may have been a leak, I asked if someone could come check it out and was told useage had returned to normal and they blamed it on the amount of people in the house. The customer service was dismissive and condescending. From what I am seeing, this is a problem that has effected more than just me. Something needs to be done about this.

I just received my sewer bills. OUTRAGEOUS! My water bill should be higher than my sewer bill. My sewer bill was $31 more than my water for one month, plus there's a second bill now for storm water charges. I guess when people don't get to choose you get to charge whatever you want.

Bunch of crooks. $338.00 for 3 months. Give me a break. Plus Lorain county are also crooks. I have to pay them $75.00 every 3 months because they own my sewer. $30.00 in charges for run off. I have rain barrels and downspouts that drain into my yard.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET A BILL EMAILED? Good grief. No wonder it's such a pain in the butt to deal with you. Somehow the water dept can email bills right away, but for sewer, they have to mail it and it's a 10 day turnaround. You would think that email might save you money and you'd want to do that. I can't wait until we move and have a septic system so I'll never have to deal with the sewer department again.

I want to thank the Water & Pollution Control department for coming to my house to unclog a sewer drain. My basement was flooded for the first time since I have lived in my house & they came out immediately & stayed until the issue was fixed (9:30pm) (the cap to the clean out somehow fell through and lodged in the pipe perfectly to block the drain). All the guys that came out were friendly & determined to help me. Thank you.
