Fix the payment web site
Worst website ever can’t even change own your password I’ve had to contact them through email to do so to change my bank account info and I changed it and they wouldn’t didn’t change my bank account even though deleted the other one and gave it more time than necessary and now my password isn’t working again!
Crooks. I do not have sewers nor does my street but continue to charge me. Taxation without representation.

The fees charged are the problem especially if you live in the outter ring suburbs or the adjoining counties. $89.60 per MCF 3.2 = $286.72 add $14.85 NEOSD Fixed Cost Recovery Fee then add $27.81 Rain Tax Fee (cost $15 45 per ERU ) that's not officially called a Tax ? And then add $48.65 fee charge by Lorain County for maintaining the sewer lines minus the $110.76 Summer Sprinkling Savings. Talking to the PUCO is pointless they will tell you it's home rule issues. This company is a joke there automotive system doesn't work right it doesn't register your account and it's poorly ran.
The employees are incompetent. Getting billed for property that i haven’t owned for 6 month. They keep trying to blame water co, but water co has it correct in their system.
Website locks your account after three attempts on your password. Customer service had a condescending attitude when providing help. Payment through the phone is confusing and requires (in my opinion) too much information. I don't understand why I must provide an account # when most modern telephone systems can look up a customer by phone #, name, or address.
