Sat for almost and hour after my vitals waiting to be seen. Getting more congested and sicker than before I went in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I walked out after waiting for an hour without being seen. There was no one in the waiting room or knowingly in other exam rooms. Upon my exit I noticed 4 nurses sitting talking at reception desk.
I called for an appt for my sister who has dementia. I was refused an appt.becauseSandra Allison told her nurse that my sister didn't have anything acutely wrong with her. I wanted her to be tested for a UTI for her sudden decline. The nurse lacks social and medical skills. I then took my sister to Yale urgent care . They gave her a urine test and an x-ray. Wit insurance my sister now owes over four thousand dollars. He would have been covered for a visit with Sandra allison
