Always rude, never friendly or accommodating. I’ve gone for a decade and no one ever smiles. the bed side manner is deplorable. I went for a decade but always the same rude annoyed uncaring staff. Worst most uncaring rude staff ever! You want a doctor who cares, or smiles, or has even 1% of a bedside manner? Well then DO NOT go to Vanessa Pomarico! They do not treat you like a person you are just the next person they annoyed with but have to deal with. no one smiles or is kind in this office always super rude, super bitchy, and super deplorable attitudes! Sat for almost and hour after my vitals waiting to be seen. Getting more congested and sicker than before I went in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
