I have been using NE for all of the HVAC needs at Trinity EMS for years. Recently we had an issue with a unit in a critical room at out head quarters. NE found a piece of equipment to fit out unique needs. The price and professionalism was great.
NE has been servicing my home A/C for a long time I recently had an issue with the A/C unit at one of my dealerships I called around 5:30 at night they where there @ 7:45 the next morning and had the place cold again by 8:30 I would not use anybody other the NE
they worked on my central air and after 3 hrs ...still broken...$260.00...owner came 3 days later...worked on it 6 hrs....over $600.00...was told it was completely fixed....that was 2013.....in 2014 a/c blowing hot air....was told it was because I used my a/c all year...SO WHAT....I would not recommend to anybody...no professionalism....feel I was taken to the cleaners....reported to better business bureau....the reputable dealer I did find found the issue in 15 minutes....and was charged 1/4 of the price....C Johnston

I apologize it has taken so long to respond to this. I remember this call your dog had urinated on your condenser and caused a leak in the system we came out and fixed two separate leaks on two different days. The system ran all summer long and the following year your system had a problem and you demanded that we come out and fix it under warranty I explained our warranty policy and you hung up on me. Great service at a fair price.
I just built a brand new house in newton,nh I contacted Northeast Heating and Cooling about a whole house humidifier. After the owner coming to look at it with in a few days it was installed, very clean work and professional!! I would highly recommend this company to others!!
