Our entire experience with Northeast was fabulous! Initially the owner came to our home to meet with us. We were very pleased with the amount of time he spent explaining the process of installation in a way that was easy to understand what to expect. Our install took 3 days. These 3 days were brutally hot and humid. The first thing they did each morning was enter our home and lay down drop cloths on all of the floors. They were incredibly neat and careful. Absolutely great service. Our heating and cooling system we had was really old and we knew we wouldn’t get through another summer so we decided to upgrade. The office was great with getting someone out to give me an estimate quick and were great at getting us in scheduled just in time for the heat of summer approaching.Rich and his staff were great, Very kind very friendly and prompt. They put a heating system in the house I’m renting. Put large screws into the unit exactly where filter goes. When I got a hold of them to let them know. The owner was more concerned with my communication approach; then the substandard work his team did.
Very professional company. Appreciate the fact that they call their customers to set up appointments for spring & fall. Always on time as scheduled.

I have a maintenance agreement with Northeast Heating & Cooling and they are great. I had an issue with my furnace one night during this last winter and at 8am the day after the technician was already at my house.
