Our 19 yr old central AC was in need of PM. Previous company came and informed me that it was a waste of $ to do the PM when we needed all new system. I called Northeast and scheduled a service, intentionally not mentioning that former's recommendation. The gentleman who came to do the work was polite, friendly, did the routine maintenance incl testing to see if the systems needed to be charged, repaired and explained the reason for some water leakage in the basement, never once mentioning that we needed all new systems. We have always had great service. Had furnace coil fail and they negotiated with manufacturer to cover the parts. Recently had condensate on basement floor next to unit. They dropped regular work to get a technician to fix it within one hour. THANKS!

I called an emergency call no heat the technician was her within 20 minutes of calling !! All that was needed was a good cleaning .. technician was extremely nice and honest and the price was affordable! Thank you Northeast heating and cooling for such a great experience!!
