3rd floor nurses leave passive aggressive inaccurate notes in patients medical records if you make them do their job. They are extremely lazy and will not be forced to do their job properly.
Fenway proscribes injectable medication but refuses to provide lists of needle exchanges to patients who cannot afford clean needles. What happens next? HIV, etc. Who does Fenway blame? The patient.
Inaccurate information recorded in records led to multiple misdiagnoses. Nearly impossible to get this corrected.
Completely unreliable. Have been going there for over a decade.
Fake or contaminated prescriptions. I have picked up medications that had the wrong appearance and wrong effect. Some have written in information instead of computer generated. I tried discussing with management. It was a complete failure. They did not care about my health or my complaint. I found their reaction to be defensive and hostile, rather than caring and concerned.
The majority of doctors here are beyond useless. A complete waste of time.
Fenway is the least charitable, most greedy, bigoted organization I have ever dealt with. Less wealthy patients who are disabled or elderly, in my experience and observation, are not cared for at all. Doctors make up stories, put false information into their permanent records, ignore what the patient's symptoms are, and sends them on their way. Meanwhile, Fenway sucks up funding for those in need, while doing nothing by stuffing their pockets.
Some patients get horrible care.
Fenways transgender care = exaggerating the sexual characteristics of the gender you do NOT want, making you suffer abuse for eternity. That’s what I have witnessed in horror and sadness.
