2 stars for the administrators and front office/desk staff. They could certainly use some sensitivity/behavioral health setting training before interacting with any clients. However, my therapist, Dani Simmons, 5 stars - she is amazing. She is responsive, intuitive, thoughtful, meets you where you are, and is able to create an intentional treatment plan to help you move through crisis and improve your mental health. Since my visits with Sophia Brown my anxiety I have been able to lower my anxiety level which allows me to keep a clearer mind and be more supportive with my wife present needs and comfort my life is a little less stressful and manageable and my wife is also less stressed out which is my goal for her thanks to my therapist
Office staff is amazing ! Helpful and human . Doc makes it easy to be seen and takes care of appointments

Northeast Health Services is a great place to get the help you need. They are carring in compassionate and help you get down to the roof of the issues you need to deal with. Kristi Vargas created a very safe space for me to open up and speak about things that have happened in my life and be able to lay the groundwork for Healing. I couldn’t be more grateful
