RecommendedThey were very good to me from the start of me coming in the front and in the back where they went above my expectations and ordered tests to make sure everything looked normal. I had a great male nurse who was so sincere and listened which i really appreciate! Nothing worse than being treated bad when you already don’t feel good. I have never experienced a headache and chest pain so bad i had to go to the ER! They took good care of me and made sure i was ok before they sent me home!
The entire staff from the reception to the RN’s on 7-15-2020 9pm shift were awesome. They were extremely friendly and helpful. So glad Northeast Georgia took over that hospital!
Northeast Medical is a disgrace. The employees at this location are racists and treated me with disrespect. I would rather drive all the way to Northside than to go to any of their hospitals
I’m so disgusted I honestly do not know where to begin. I could care less that the name has changed, this hospital is STILL what it was as Barrow Regional. Literally the filthiest so called hospital I’ve ever seen. Nurses were wonderful and so sweet but good Lord at the filth they subject themselves to daily. Never and I do mean NEVER again. I was impressed with the care I received in the ER a few weeks ago, no complaints and I love that they offer financial aid!
Though they finally stepped up their game on patient empathy and listening to patients... Took my daughter to the hospital for chest pains and flu like symptoms, this hospital doesn't test for influenza in teens I guess, unless they don't know how. Nurse was a smartmouth with me after I discussed flu test. Shared a room with another sick patient, who had very similar symptoms. Had three different nurse's or staff telling me different things, nurse wasn't aware when the doctor ordered other tests. We were there for 3 hours ju... read more
miss Pam who check me in for my hand x Ray was vary nice to me and help me check in went beyond her job to make me feel comfortable she was nice thank you for making. me feel more than comfortable
Took my Brother there when he had chest problems. They took very good care of him but we had service in the hallway we never went into a room they were so busy.
My husband had out patient surgery there yesterday! The staff was great! From the minute we walked in till the time we left they all were so kind!
