They call and tell me about my next day appointment to verify. I was introduced to this location in August 2008. My physician, Kenneth Lee retired last year, now I have a new one. Her name is Alysha. I miss when I'm on the phone about to make my appointment, an operator says "Please stay on the line", and she says it in Spanish. And a female voice says "1", that means you're 1 call away from an answer.

If I can give this clinic -0 stars I would. My parents have been coming here for over 10 years and it's only went downhill. The staff is rude, the providers can care less, the facility smells like mold. Don't come to this clinic.
