RecommendedManagement is awesome about getting things fixed quickly (often the same day). It's a really safe community where kids are out playing and even practice flute lessons on Wednesday nights in the community room - and they're pretty darn good! Haven't gone to workout in the gym yet or use the sauna but glad to have the amenities.

Been living here now for about 2.5 years and I really like it. Everyone is friendly and the apartments are really nice considering the low rents. Had to transfer to a smaller unit several months ago and everything about the move was smooth. The staff is always nice and helpful and issues are taken care of quickly. I also really love the location, being just on the edge of town, far enough away from a lot of the traffic and noise and surrounded by trees. My family has lived here for just over a year and feel right at home. The gal in the office has been helpful and welcoming since the first time we met and we absolutely love her for it. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are nice and the friendly atmosphere assures us that we are home!

There are rats all over the place...cantact me if you would like to know about what's wrong at Northbrook and the reason I am leaving.
I liked my apt and the manager there (Joy Wade) was so great and helpful when I needed anything. I would recommend the Northbrook Place apts. it is so convenient to stores and anywhere you wanted to go. I liked the freeway so close.
At one point everyone was given a parking garage and there was plenty of parking. The greedy investors that control this place saw a way to strain more money out of low income people by charging for these garages. Now that people are running a variety of businesses out of them, there is nowhere to park. Many people park in the fire zones or have to walk an unsafe distance at night as a result. Management seems to condone drug activity by letting people deal drugs out of the garages for free. Many families take their laundry ... read more
