Dr Hereen is the best! 5 children and he has taken such good care of them all! Just took my daughter for her 7th grade shot and check up. Easy peasy, In and out! Awesome Dr! Highly recommend! :)
My son was the 1 who collapsed and stayed on the waiting room floor. I'm giving you 5 stars of love because of your staff. In outrageous emergencies tonight, you kept it calm and friendly with him and busted tail to find out what happened to him. I admire and respect a hospital that even during emergencies, remembers the patient is in pain and their loved 1 is worried and scared. I love Northbay Healthcare staff is awesome and very helpful. My kids Dr. Dr. Gilbert Chang is great been seeing him for all my kids since 2007 when Eddie was born and now my step kids see him and mine and Edwards new born is seen by him. All 6 kids One Dr. Couldn't be happier.
RecommendedI want to thank, all the personnel at Northbay trauma center, I came in with difficulty breathing and chest pain's!!! This soon as I went through the door out of the ambulance I stop breathing, and they had me on the ventilator in two minutes. I just want to thank all the emergency room doctors and nurses and technicians who save my life. Walter Weir
