Chandra helped me with a warranty issue. She was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to make it easy for me. Great addition to your team. The only issue whatsoever is that your service team (not the mechanics) don't seem that knowledgeable about the Passat TDI. Since this is my first TDI (my 3rd Passat) I had questions about the differences between the gas and diesel model. People didn't really know the answers. They were willing to find out which was good though.
Friendly and quick (despite the number of customers) service. Parking lot needs better snow removal.

The appointment schedule was booked to my convenience, everyone was ready when I arrived, and the service work was completed on time. The service representatives also took the time to answer a number of questions I had about the car, and future sevice requirements etc.
Great dealership. I stopped by to see if by chance they'd have time to replace a light on my car, and they did it in about 20 minutes. Great service staff.
Everyone was very professional but also caring and understanding to the needs of the customer.
