I purchased a used vehicle from NoHo VW. I complained about the service received because the vehicle was not right after 2 attempts to repair an issue. I was assured the vehicle was correct. I brought it to another VW dealership this morning only to be told the vehicle is UNSAFE to drive. I asked many questions to the service advisor and was told, "there is NO WAY they did not know this was a problem based on the work they performed..... they had to know." If I could give zero stars I would. This dealerships service department negligently failed to make an urgent repair on my vehicle in October this year. Last week, due to their misrepresentations and lies, that same repair let go causing fuel to leak onto the thermostat housing unit, which then let go, causing coolant to pour out like Niagara Falls.
