Chandra in the service department is truly an asset to Northampton Volkswagen!
customer service is top notch
Great service and helpful in every way. Usually I'm hesitant to go to the dealer first for service, but this changed my mind.
Super helpful service and parts department and quality work!
My Service Advisosr, Chandra was very friendly, pleasant and accomodating. It was, by far, the best service experience that I've ever had! And I would also like to thank the parts department for their assistance.Thank you Chandra Maronn, Melissa Tse and Northampton Volkswagen.
All went well. Would love it if there was a car wash on-site, though.
good stuff
Had an appt on Sat 1/5 at 8 am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I came to pick up my car a couple of hours later, I was told that they did not rotate my tires because I needed new tires and they did not want to waste my money. I was very appreciative of this. Most places would have rotated the tires anyway. Thank you for your honesty. I will be back to have new tires put on my car at your store. thanks again
