I had such an amazing warm welcome at this dental spa! Dr. Griffith was very professional and very kind! He was able to determine my needs within a matter of moments! I also enjoyed the staff at the door, Jose was remarkable! Very warm and genuine! I highly suggest this dental practice to a friend if you’re in the need of a new dentist! I’ll definitely be back for Zoom whitening and maybe even for the Botox party that occurs often! Thank you for my new shade of my teeth! I can’t wait to smile! Thanks again!!!
The dentist was late by more than a half hour, then when I said I had to go due to another appointment, he got mad at me. He was rude and condescending. I was thankful for the free whitening I received, and was ready to sign up with this "spa" as my new dental home, but once I met the dentist with the worst bedside manner in history, I quickly changed my mind. The rest of the staff was WONDERFUL. Too bad the lead guy ruined it for me.
Dr. Griffin and his staff are very professional and friendly. The office is very well kept up and clean with attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in the office.
Everyone at Northalsted Dental Spa is so friendly and amazing. They take great care of their patients and are always willing to work with you on payment plans.

I had a long appointment yesterday, to replace a broken crown, repair a small filling, and fix a small chip in a tooth. It could have been done in multiple visits, but the staff accommodated my request to work through all of it. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and helpful. The cost was minimal and about half of what I expected. I recommend them highly for simple cleaning to more complicated repairs. Great job; thank you!
