My furnace wasn't acting correctly. I contacted North Winds and Jon Steinbrenner was my technician. He was efficient and explained what was happening. He was professional and I was very pleased with how my furnace and AC was inspected. Everything is running great.

On a night when the temp hit -15º and the furnace started blowing cold air, Phil made it out in just over an hour after trying to help us diagnose it over the phone. Got it working again and gave us some advice for the future. Excellent service, highly recommend.
My furnace died on a night that hit -7°F and they were able to come out that night and get the problem fixed! I was impressed how quickly he was able to figure out what the problem was. Now my house is no longer 45°!
