Technicians were wonderful. They were polite, spent so much time explaining the new HVAC system to us. They were on time, and even took time to give our puppy some attention. We’ve worked with North Winds several times, and have had great service every time. Highly recommend them.
5 stars Yes I would. First their employees are great. They know their products and explain very well how they work. Today we had our 1st furnace check up with Phil. He was the one that put it in and has been back for air conditioner check up and now furnace. All three times he has been here he is so helpful with answering all our questions. We are already recommending North Winds to family and friends. My 94 year old dad recommended North Winds to me and has been with them for around 15 to 20 years.
