It appeared there were issues with the AC unit running, but did not seem to be cooling. North Wind staff was very prompt in getting me in the service schedule. The service technician (Phil Lewis) arrived in a timely manner, was very professional and considerate. He took time to look at all facets and explain the potential issues. He gave me directions on what I needed to do to let the system thaw and let me know they would be following up with me. Thank you so much.
