RecommendedWe just had a service technician here and he was very friendly and efficient. When he was done he took time to explain what he had done.
We had North Winds came to fix our gas fireplace. Rick our service technician was on time, efficient and friendly. He checked to make sure it was indeed fixed before he left. He also checked for gas leaks and carbon monoxide.
Thank you North Winds...Rick was a fantastic service person. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. His expertise is very evident. I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
We have Northwinds come to our home twice a year -in the fall to run a service check on our heating system, and in the spring to do a service check on our air conditioning system. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years. We have NEVER had a service person come out who we did not love. They are on-time, thorough, courteous of our home, and always helpful above and beyond what might be expected. Their office staff are the same. We would highly recommend Northwinds to everyone.
Our heat went out and you guys don’t have a tech to send to us. We have young children and we have a contract with you guys... This makes no sense to me!

Wanted to send a huge thank you. Lansing received a call for an elderly female who was having a problem with her furnace running nonstop. I called @Traci Ruiz Consultants to see if there was any assistance to get her furnace checked out after it was turned off due to malfunctioning. @ North Winds kindly took on the project, checked out her furnace and made sure she was in working order for the cold months to come. We had a very pleasant experience with North Winds. They came to quote us for adding central air to the house and provided a very honest opinion on our current HVAC system and how it would not provide the efficiency we were looking for. Other companies never spent the time to explain how to get the best efficiency in our house. We ended up having north winds install a new furnace, rework our ducts, and add central air to the house for a pretty affordable cost.
