Ophthalmologists are very professional
I have nothing but praise for this facility. The frontline staff, optometrists, and Dr Mark Daniel have been exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, both over the phone and in person, and they consistently go above and beyond to provide the best possible support. While the facility can get quite busy at times, the staff always do their utmost to assist patients and ensure a positive experience. A special thanks to Melissa who’s been a great support. Ahtasham
Terrible service! Arrived in time for our 3.30pm appointment and still waiting to see the specialist after an hour! Why make so many appointments and make people wait! Would never come here again!
