The receptionists attitude were poor, they won't put the smile on the faces. Never treat customer with the respect, bossy attitude.
staff friendly and professional this place is a gem
So disappointing service especially with arranging the appointments they tell to come early to the test before hand seeing the doctor but they do the test on your appointment time. My dad been waiting for more than one and half hour . Highly not recommended this practice
The basics for an eye specialist and to say how many degrees are missing from the patient's sight and this morning 6 calls with a wait to find out how many degrees I am missing, this means that the clinic lacks basic organization and the secretaries are practically useless
