Very seamless process, everyone was nice and friendly. The procedure was very quick as well
Professional, efficient, smooth with minimal concerns. Minor issue with the cannula managed sensitively. The staff are courteous, respectful sand caring.
Had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy today. I was feeling quite nervous. VERY kind and caring staff. Both Doctor Thomas Tiang and Dr Kevin Chan were very thorough in explaining the procedure and the post procedure explanation was very reassuring. Glad I finally made the appointment after putting it off for too long. See you in three years. Thankyou very much.
I had to undergo a gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedure today for the first time ever and was pretty anxious about it but the nurses and doctors completely put me at ease with their friendly and professional service.
