Excellent care by all the clinicians .Thirough and caring
Very friendly and professional
Nurses and all admin staff were very friendly, and attentive, my gastroscopy was carried out very professionally and efficiently.
The whole procedure went very smooth and the team was all quite lovely. The one downside I will note is that both the surgeon and the anesthetist (both older men) exuded casual sexism and toxic masculinity in many of their comments and general banter. The nurses were especially friendly and professional.
Only giving one star for the amazing doctors and nurses, otherwise it’d be zero for the older receptionist. My dad went in for a procedure that we expected would cost $110 out of pocket because that’s the information they provided us beforehand. We have it all in writing, but when he arrived, they told him to pay $750. Understandably, he was confused and furious, and when he asked why he had to pay such a big amount, the receptionist very rudely asked him if he needed an interpreter because of his accent!
