Best hospital ever
Love this hospital and would recommend it a million times over KRMC! The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because one lady that deals with billing was extremely rude. She couldn't even tell me what the bill was for because she couldn't say hemochromatosis... So she sent me something in the mail so I could figure it out myself.
I found myself at north valley hospital er the other night,I have to say the staff was the most careing and professional id ever seen!!! I don't like hospitals but if I ever need one again I hope it's this one !!!!

RecommendedJust had microdermabrasion done with Abby and wow, what a treat! She was so professional explaining every step of the process as I have never had this service done before. My skin feels amazing. She even made sure I didn’t walk out looking red and splotchy which is important to me because that can be embarrassing. Definitely recommend this sweet lady and will be seeing her for future services!
RecommendedDr. Monforte and her staff are amazing, very efficient and professional, while at the same time very sweet and genuinely caring about their patients. Dr. Monforte has a passion about this. She was ready to go off on some hospital staff that gave my wife thrush during an asthma related stay because they didn't set her up with an extender tube for her inhaler, until we told her that happened at a different hospital before we had moved to Montana.
