This hospital is a complete joke!! We live in WA and have WA Medicaid that will pay for ER visits anywhere, anytime however, this hospital made me pay $600 out of pocket because they will not simply send a claim to my insurance to get paid. They told me that Medicaid won’t pay for ER visits if you’re from out of state however after checking with my insurance, that is a complete lie. 6/14/20 My senior friend had excruciating pain, so we called this morning to ask if we should bring him back in. When he was discharged to us a few days ago, they reassured us that they added his granddaughter and me as contacts in his file. On the phone, they refused to talk to either of us about him today, and just told us to take him to urgent care or the ER. I figured he would be seen more quickly at Glacier Medical associates (since I have waited for many hours in the past to be seen in an ER), and we had him at that ur... read more
