Took my daughter into the ER later at night. They got her in quickly. Took very good care of us and got us out very quickly! We even got a few tests done which were done promptly after the dr requested them!
Exceptional experience considering the situation. Very quick at every aspect even providing a pre-surgery massage to calm unsettled nerves. The staff was friendly and attentive. When I awoke post surgery they quickly attended to the pain I was experiencing and were able to get it under control quickly. Best care I have ever received.
The outpatient surgery staff is among the best I have ever seen! My 3 year old grandson had an experience that turned out as good as possible due to the North Valley Hospital nurses, doctors and all staff. They have markers to color on the hospital bed sheet, gave us ample time to prepair and adjust. Thank you so much (especially to everyone that worked day shift 8/10/2017) this staff is amazing!

Exceptional experience! Staff is excellent, rooms are 5 star quality! From the size of the room to the tub in every room down to the most comfortable Murphy bed that mothers use after delivery! Everything has been thought of for patients comfort! Beyond thrilled with my experience. Special thank you to my nurses, Lindsey, Ladonna, and Abby! You made my experience so special and relaxing and truly wonderful! Thank you!
