This place needs some serious help. Had my initial appointment with DR. Timms whom I highly recommend. Then a follow up with a sleep specialist on site for a few weeks later. I was told that the doctor would be working from their Plano office on my day of appointment. On my day of appointment, I arrived at their Plano location provided by front office. Dr Bonita listens well and seems very knowledgeable. It feels amazing to have a doctor that seems compassionate and caring and wants to help.
Dr. Rao and her staff are amazing! They take the time you need for your appointment and make sure you understand everything. Dr. Rao is an awesome and very personable doctor.
Very efficient and they really listen and do not rush you through like cattle. They actually listen to you. They have a bagful of remedies so if one does not work, they pull something else out for you. My headaches are so much better.
North Texas Institute, it appears, has instituted a new department of Rheumatology. This new department is the home of my doctor, Dr. Varuni Rao. She has been my doctor for my rheumatology for years. I would not want to try to find a new doctor because there is no one better. Her knowledge and professionalism is the best. She spends as much time as you want or need to understand and explain your condition.
Excellent, thorough and very patient orientated. I would suggest (and have to many) them to anyone who needs help.
I highly recommend Dr Nissan and the staff at North Tx. I used to suffer from Daily headaches and migraines and Dr Nissan has helped me to figure out how to stop them and actually enjoy life again! The staff is very nice to work with, very caring, and everyone takes the time to listen to you without rushing you through.
