I've had 3 previous allergy tests, each one said to stay off histamine for one day. This doctor stated one week. I did it and it showed up. I'm glad because I'm tired of taking max meds. Plus, my daughter needed a tonsillectomy and he stated he would text the doctor, and he did it and the ENT saw her within 24 hours. You can't beat customer service and what a great friendly doctor. I didn't feel like a co-pay, felt like a patient. Highly recommend this place!
Saw Dr. Nguyen and really liked him and his staff. They listened carefully to my descriptions of my daughters issues and were very clear and precise with her care instructions. They were all really great with my toddler and she was completely comfortable with all of them. The Plano location is small but clean and well maintained. Really happy with our experience here and look forward to working with them for our daughter's continued care!
