Great service, caring staff!!
It was a great dental visit. Every procedure was explained and informative. The less pain I ever had from a dentist. Dr Shepherd is the best
The staff and Dr. Zeffrey are always professional, efficient and pleasant. I have been patient for well over 20 years, and hope that Kathy (receptionist), Kathy (hygenist) and Dr. Zeffrey never retire!
Staff was very friendly and appointment was on time. The only thing we missed was the usual warm welcome from the regular front desk lady. The lady at the desk, who seems to be new, hardly smiled or acknowledged us when we arrived or said anything when we left.

As always, Dr. Zeffery and his staff were professional but fun, and my problem was expertly handled. I drive quite a distance to continue to see this dentist!!
Quick, prompt service. Friendly too. I'm always amazed they remember my name, but I guess after twenty years of going there it would be expected! Like family.
