I’m one of those people that looks forward to my cleaning appointment! From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor that I see I am always greeted with a smile and a very thorough cleaning and exam. They care about your dental health and are always ready to go that extra mile to make sure you understand any recommendations and/or treatment they suggest. You won’t be sorry making this your office of choice.
Tiffany and Dr. Shepard are the best. It is always a pleasure seeing them.

Dr Watson and crew are fantastic .shop is very very clean and comfortable.I had a bad up bringing on doing to the dentist so I did not go .My wife goes here and likes it so I was talked into going and I’m glad i did. I HATED the dentist and no longer do. Thank you all very much.
The staff and service at North Suburban Dental of Mundelein are simply fantastic! The staff makes you feel at ease and services are completed in a professional and timely manner. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and highly recommend this dental office.
Everyone was very helpful and super nice in welcoming me on my first vist. Kathy was very kind assisting me with questions, Kristy made me feel very comfortable. She was gentle with the xrays and careful cleaning my teeth as well as advising me to take care of my gums. Dr. Shepard listen to me attentively before she examined me and made me very comfortable. She is super nice. Thanks to everyone for their kindness and assistance.
This office is going to great lengths to make sure you are safe during the visit. Temp check, covid questions, waiting in your car until ready to be seen, air purifiers, double masks and face shields. Everyone is friendly and professional.

As ALWAYS, my experience at North Suburban Dental was awesome! My Dental Hygienist, Tiffany is great! She is very professional, kind and thoughtful in her work to keep my teeth at their best! Thank you to the entire staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!
