I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with North Star. Before I got in, I specifically asked if I would receive a proper receipt and was told yes. At the end of the trip, however, the driver only handed me a credit machine printout that showed the amount but had no pickup, destination, or name listed. When I asked again, he rudely said, 'that’s all I have. You want me to charge the card again so I can print another one?' This is unacceptable. He was the only one with a large enough vehicle to accomodate 4 member family and 6 suitcase. Was very friendly and helped us with picking dinner late at night in the city after hotel drop.
