RecommendedMy car ended up being totaled but Benjamin told me how to deal with the insurance company to get the most for my car. He was great. I learned so much talking with him. He didn’t need to do this as he was not going to gain any business on this collision but he helped anyway. Don’t know how to thank him.
I got an appointment right away. They kept my car all day. When I came to pick up was surprised how good it looked. They matched the paint perfectly. I definitely recommend to anyone. Very polite in office and the gentleman who did the car was awesome.

Customer service and repair job was TOP NOTCH at North Star! Benjamin was an absolute pleasure to work with. From quickly completing the estimate, communicating with the insurance company and making sure we were kept informed, to arranging a rental car, we could not be happier with our experience. ...And our Hyundai looks brand new and came with a warranty! We have had a couple car incidents over the past few years (unfortunately) and have come back here each time. I would recommend North Star 100%
In all of my years and a few cars, I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had...ever! Not only is their customer service awesome, but the service and work they do is impeccable! Ben was super thorough and helpful throughout the process after someone hit my car and made sure I got the right parts so it were as though it never happened. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done now or in the future!
This is the best place in the valley! Not only do they take care of your car but they fight for you against the insurance companies to make sure you get the best deal and your car gets fixed with the best parts and not some junk replacement parts. They also made sure to stay up to date with me to make sure everything was on track. Ill never take my car anywhere else. This shop is a high level black belt in their industry and i would let them even watch my dogs and or future kids. Seriously made my Christmas. Thank you again!
