Staff is friendly & polite. Never had an issue with any Medical doctor, Until --- recently seen by a PA. Blunt, rude & total lack of patient care. Go to a real doctor
The office as well as the examination rooms were so so clean and neat. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The wait was less than 15 Minutes and the Doctor left me with a lasting impression on my health. I completely recommend this location as a top notch and professional environment.
I had a good experience at the Wantagh urgent care. The staff were very accommodating and I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. Dr Doyle examined me carefully as I came in with arm/elbow injury from falling . He gave me all the information I needed to get further tests to help me heal. I appreciated their care and would recommend them for any urgent care.
Been there several times in the past and today's visit went just as well. The staff is very nice and, Dr Jones was very informative. Much quicker than a trip to my primary doctor's office that's for sure.

Poor!!! Unbelievable service I walked in and they had all lights off ready to leave. Refused to see me. Too much to even wrote on past experiences.
I was there for a broken toe, I have been to this urgent care 4 times now and every time I have been there I have had a great experience. Love the staff..thank you everyone
The most rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Brought my son in with a cough because his pediatrician couldn't see him right away. While waiting for over an hour in the exam room with all 3 of my boys, we were laughing and playing spelling games to keep them occupied. The nurse then came in and told us to keep it down because we were being rude to the other patients. She told us we weren't the only people there and to just leave if I couldn't control my kids!
