Very unresponsive to us as we have been trying to get a new door ordered and installed. A simple process dragged for months.
Chris and Mat did a great job for me, called them, asked a lot of questions and they came out the next day and fixed the door for the exact price discussed on the phone. I strongly recommend working with them!
I called Chris about my garage door that needed to be repaired and he called me back the same day and was at my house the next morning to repair the garage door. Chris knows everything there possibly is to know about garage doors. He has so much experience and tells you exactly what needs to be repaired, how everything works, and how it should be maintained. He is a great guy, provides excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend Chris and North Shore Overhead Garage Door for both installation and repairs.
I had a service issue with my garage door and Chris quickly returned my call and solved the problem with me over the phone. Very helpful and informative. Would like to add that the message I left him was on the day after Christmas and he got back with me in a matter of hours. Chris provides excellent service and I highly recommend him.
Great guy, I was having trouble with my garage door and he told me what to look for before coming to the house to fix it. With his recommendation, I saved the service call and the related expense. After much changing of my mind, Chris was so patient (at least if he wasn't, he hid it well). The framing was done by Jim Doucette and the next day the door was installed in the rain!! Wonderful people to work with. I would recommend NSOD to anyone!
