I deducted one star because the car was not clean when we arrived for test drive. I would rate them Excellent because they did not try to sell the extended guarantee.

They sold me a trade in vehicle. This is my first vehicle ever. They told me I could pick it up the following Monday and I said Tuesday would be better. They sold me the car without having possession of the title and I couldn't get my car for a full week.. Even though they had my money. Not a good car buying experience for me. I wouldn't refer anyone to them.

The battery was drained during my test drive, and they put so many dang advertising stickers on the car it was nearly impossible to see the road. Dacota seemed like a solid car dealer (albeit young) and was very helpful in replacing the battery and meeting my needs which is part of the reason I purchased the vehicle. When I returned to fill out the paperwork the another sales person, Javon, (although he was very nice and managed to score me a great financing rate with what turned out to be a low rated lender) pushed a very e... read more

I worked with the dealership primarily through email - which was very quick, easy and painless. Their contact was very persistent and willing to help me in my search. I did not end up pursuing a vehicle with them, as I made the decision to buy an SUV instead. The dealership seemed great and I would have moved forward with them if it wasn't one of the snowiest winters on record.

Donovan and Teresa were terrific to work with. Low pressure environment. I felt they really wanted to understand what I was looking for and the reasons why. Donovan took the time to explain how the sales reps get compensated to better align incentives with buyers. He also really understands cars. I plan to go back for another test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. No bait and switch tactics.
