Awesome atmosphere very professional and helpful
Had an incredible experience at North Shore Mazda. They were very easy to work with and not pushy at all. Maho was great! Walked in, agreed on a price and sold!

Car was sold after driving 1.5 hours to get there.
Responded very quick but decided to wait
Every body was very helpful. Only negative was Larry the business manager. Every item he proposed was always mentioned as the cost per day without mentioning the total cost for upsets ( extended warranty, cloth protection etc. In addition he failed to provide the full amount of the $300 coupon off the listed price. It is his interaction that drops the dealer a star- and would have lowered further but Andrew more than made the difference!
North Shore Mazda reached out via email and phone to see how they could be of service. They even went so far as to text me a video of the car I was interested in seeing. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership before I was able to schedule a test drive at North Shore Mazda; however, I was greatly impressed with their preliminary service.
It worked well except that we paid cash with a personal check. In order to pick up the care we had to bring a copy of the cancelled check. The dealership said they could not check to see if the check had cleared. Otherwise all was a good experience.
