It started off okay as I was not hounded by salesmen when looking around the car before going in for my test drive appointment. I also appreciated that I was allowed to go by myself on the test drive, so I could really get my own feel of the car. I did not like that they donât negotiate on used cars, and the problem really began when I brought my trade-in for an appraisal.
