2012 HONDA CR-V USED CAR PURCHASE MY BUYING EXPERIENCE AT NORTH SHORE HONDA WAS COURTEOUS, FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL. JASON AND DANIEL MADE THE ENTIRE BUYING PROCESS EASY FOR ME AND WERE VERY THOROUGH WITH ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. I BELIEVE I RECIEVED A FAIR PRICE AND WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH THE CONDITIONING OF THE CAR. I WOULD GOING FORWARD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY NEW OR USED CAR PURCHASE.

Great Overall Experience! Henry Neil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very friendly over the phone and in person. Customer service in the finance department was excellent. I got a very good deal on a new Odyssey. The long term maintenance benefits are a huge bonus. Great buying experience overall.
Honda Yes, this Dealership never! Worst experience ever, they try to ambush you with their overpriced cars and hidden costs, hoping you take the bait and if you don't, then they become rude and abusive.
Finally! No nonsense! I'm 65 years old, driving 20,000 miles a year, and my best friend has been a car salesman for 25 years! I believe I know alot about the car business. North Shore Honda is without question the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
