Fantastic Experience Fantastic experience this is my third car purchased from them. Quck process Peter was very helpful in helping me return my leased CRV and pick out a new Civic. Process done within 2.5 hours and I was off with the new car.
CRazy Jacking up of the price The car was advertised at under 16 thousand dollars. Came out of there with a final bill over 23 thousand. If we weren't under a very tight gun of deadline we would have walked out of there--and we probably still should have. Guys are a bunch of liars

Needed license plate mounts Transferred my car to New York from PA and randomly went into North Shore Honda at 6pm on a Thursday night looking for license plate mount for front plate. Coming from PA, I've never had a front plate on my car and had no clue what I needed to do. Jad Hawat Jr. greeted me immediately, listened to what I needed and offered his assistance. You'll get INSULTED as a Customer here I went to this dealership as I saw a honda car at autotrader.com listed by them. They insisted that I come in, if I wanted to negotiate or discuss the car. I went there with my family and kids as I was ready to buy the car, as price seemed reasonable. First the sales person told me that car was not available as he had sent the car for cleaning. new car purchase before coming to north Shore honda, I checked out a few other honda locations but honda north shore by far has the nicest staff I ever seen. everyone there was happy and never made me uncomfortable. Cindy was an amazing sales woman! she did an incredible job helping me out especially her knowledge on the vehicle was on point. if anyone getting a car from there please for Cindy, she will take good care of you!!
