Henry Neil Henry is the nicest person to buy a car from. We have done business with him before and we came back to buy a car from him again!
Great experience Have purchased many Hondas through Henry Neil for our family and it has always been a pleasant experience. We have also referred our children to Henry and they have been equally pleased. While purchasing a car can be a challenging experience, working with Henry always makes it a very pleasant and easy experience and knowing that he has our best interest in mind is a big part of this.
G-R-E-A-T !!!!!!! My sixth Honda Accord...my first time at North Shore Honda. After having had unpleasant encounters at other Honda dealerships, my son recommended I call Jay Godsmark, salesman at North Shore Honda. And I was not disappointed. Jay was able to locate the car I wanted (Honda Accord with manual transmission) within one day. He was honest and a gentleman. Also, this dealership is not in a congested area. An all-around excellent experience!
A Pleasure To Deal With I have purchased/leased about 10 Hondas over the past 15 years and found North Shore Honda and Henry Neil the best salesman I have dealt with. He was knowledgeable and very straight forward - no games, no gimmicks. He did not waste my time nor try to oversell me nor try to bait and switch me - all of which are too often the experience one encounters when buying a new car. Rude behaviour Extremely rude behavior, disrespectful staff. For the first time I have faced this kind of behavior from any sales staff for any product. I went to buy a Honda CRV which was listed on their website for $15990 , I talked to their sales staff he clearly mentioned no other fees is there on top of it.
