RecommendedNorth Shore Birth Center gave me exceptional care throughout my pregnancy - they always listened, were on time, and really treat you like a whole person. I felt incredibly supported and educated, and like I was allowed to ask any 'dumb' question and take as much time as I needed with appointments. as an ems provider I brought a patient to the er from a nursing home with the patient being stable. The nurses and secretary in the front were very rude to us. they were mad we brought a patient to the er they stopped us in the door way to ask us ridiculous questions like " why did you bypass other hospitals to come here" or "you should be at Beverly not here ". they were very unprofessional.
RecommendedVery caring staff. Doctors and nurses efficient and kind. The hospital cleaners keep it spotless and that is so important.
RecommendedThere are no words that can describe how perfect my labor and delivery were. It was the most empowering experience of my life because of the dedicated midwives and staff. I felt supported and in control in the midst of what could have been chaos, and my son arrived safely into the world without complications. Some of it was luck, and the rest is due to the professionalism, knowledge and compassion of the women who work here.

RecommendedYou should have a specific check in for the breast center so others will be reminded to get their mammogram’s. Everyone in the breast center is kind and compassionate. Unfortunately I have been here several times this year and was always treated like I was the only patient the person waiting on me had. So far I have seen Marion, Alex, Erin, Kaitlin, Dr O’Brien and Kim Willis. Everyone of the has been amazing.
