I just moved here in January and this was my second visit. I have never been to a place where they are so friendly and loving! They treat you like family from the start! There is never any question about the bill they tell you before they even start! Awesome place!

As I said in the chair... North Rivers Dental has RESTORED MY FAITH IN DENTISTRY!! I had a few bad experiences a couple of years back when I first relocated to South Carolina. I promised myself I would never go to the dentist again but that was NOT a realistic decision. So when the time came to select a new dental team it was not an easy choice to make... I have been going here for years and I have always had great service! Dr. Cates is the best dentist ever! Front desk staff is wonderful also.
Great dentist's office! They are all so friendly and accommodating. I hadn't been to the dentist for several years due to insurance and so needed to have some work done. They didn't make me feel bad about needing all that work and they were great about getting me in. I've had to go back a few times because my teeth are being sensitive to the work, but they are awesome about getting me back in and trying to get it taken care of!
